DART Modern Streetcar Phase 1

Project Description

The Joint Venture Construction Management Team of Stacey Whitbeck/CARCON built Phase I extension of the Dallas Modern Streetcar. As a JV partner, CARCON provided construction management staff, document control, safety, quality control management and SWPPP. Stacey Whitbeck/CARCON Team hired and managed 29 subcontractors. The Streetcar is approximately 2.3 miles in length starting at downtown Dallas Union Station, south across the Houston ST. Viaduct and proceeds West and South terminating at Beckley Ave.
