Project Description

The project scope for the Dallas Executive Airport (RBD) corporate aviation complex includes the development of an 80,000-square-foot facility on the west side of the airfield. The specifications comprise two large corporate hangars—one approximately 28,000 square feet and the other 32,000 square feet—along with a modern Fixed Base Operator (FBO) terminal. Additional features include Class A office space, conference rooms, pilot lounges, and a full-scale maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) facility. The complex design allocates space for aircraft storage, business aviation operations, and support services, with infrastructure to accommodate corporate clients and private aircraft owners. The project also incorporates site improvements for vehicle access, parking, and airside connectivity to existing runways and taxiways.
