The Parkland Hospital construction project involved building a new 2.1-million-square-foot, 862-bed acute care facility to replace the aging hospital in Dallas, Texas. The scope of work included the development of a full-service hospital, outpatient specialty and women’s health clinics, a logistics building, a central utility plant, parking structures, and extensive sitework on a 64-acre campus.
